About me

Hi, my full name is Catalin Modorcea, but you can call me Cata. I’ve started this newsletter because I’m obsessed with productivity, good leadership practices and having the right mindset to achieve ambitious goals.

I’m always exploring those topics and trying to learn new things and now, I’m also writing about them here.

My background

I’ve dedicated more than 10 years to helping businesses reach their objectives with respect to automation, productivity, and marketing.

During this time, I’ve worked with clients ranging from startups to Fortune100 Enterprises in industries like FMCG, SaaS, eCommerce and eLearning. Working with clients that have a global presence has taught me a lot about the complexities and best practices of managing the way in which work gets done across many markets.

In 2021, I was featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 thanks to the work I had been doing to nurture local communities of freelancers and professionals as an Upwork Ambassador and TEDx Organiser in my home country of Romania.
